Deposit and Guarantee
Currently is NO DEPOSIT for all bookings until arrival date 21.12.2024 required.
Bookings which concern the period: Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, A DEPOSIT is required.
We are pleased to inform you that the final invoice is create at check-out.
We accept the following payment methods at our hotel:
- Cash payment
- Euro check card (Maestro card/debit card)
- Eurocard/MasterCard
- VISA Card
Please note that we do not accept Diners & American Express cards.
Cancellation conditions
The following cancellation conditions apply for individual bookings for winter season 2024/2025 (02.12.2024 until 01.04.2025 - except Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival):
- up to 7 days before arrival - free cancellation
- from 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- from 5 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price
For bookings over the Christmas period (22.12.2024 - 26.12.2024), New Year's Eve (26.12.2024 - 06.01.2025) and Carnival (31.01.2025 - 08.02.2025) separate conditions apply:
- up to 3 weeks before arrival - free cancellation
- from 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- from 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- on the day of arrival or No-Show with 100% of the total price as cancellation fee
The following cancellation conditions apply for individual bookings (from 01.04.2025 - 01.12.2025):
- up to 72 hours before arrival - free cancellation
- from 72 hours before arrival: 90% of the total price
- day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price
DEPOSIT
For each reservation, which concerns the travel period Christmas (22.12.2024 - 26.12.2024), New Year's Eve (26.12.2024 - 06.01.2025) and Carnival (31.01.2025 - 08.02.2025), a deposit in the amount of € 250 has to be payed.
We kindly ask you to pay the deposit of € 250 (concerns a booking from the SeeFelds) until 30 days before arrival.
We will be happy to send you a HOBEX link (deposit link) as a separate e-mail - which will be sent to you after receipt of the booking confirmation.
