General regulations

! For the entry to Austria a full immunization is necessary since 18.8.2021.
2 partial vaccinations are necessary !



Currently there is no mask requirement in the entire hotel and there are no regulations regarding minimum distance.
Of course, you are free to wear a mask at your own discretion. In addition, we still recommend that you keep a sufficient distance from other people.


Requirements for staying at the hotel:
For the check-in we need a: vaccinated, recovered or tested.
The proofs must be written in English or German. No entry application is required.

Vaccinated: Presentation of documentation of a vaccination: vaccination card ("Impfpass") or vaccination certificate.
! Change for vaccinated persons from 15.8.2021:Exclusively fully immunized persons are considered vaccinated.
Those who have received only 1 part vaccination of a 2-part vaccination must present a valid test.

    For vaccines with 2 part vaccinations:
        After the 2nd partial vaccination, you are exempt from testing for an additional 270 days.
    Vaccines with one vaccination (for example Johnson & Johnson).
        From the 22nd day after vaccination, you are exempt from mandatory testing for 270 days from the day of vaccination.
 

Valid tests are:

  • Negative PCR test (validity: 3 days)
  • Negative antigen test from test lane, pharmacy, etc. (Validity: 24 hours)
     ! Change with September 15, 2021: The validity of the antigen test is 24 hours; no longer 48 hours as before.
  • Antigen tests for self-testing (digital), recorded in an official data processing system (validity: 1 day) = "Vorarlberg Model".
  • For children, school test will also be valid as entry test.
  • No testing obligation for takeaways or suppliers
     

Test validity of access tests:

  • Antigen test: 24h
     ! Change with September 15, 2021: The validity of the antigen test is 24 hours; no longer 48 hours as before.
  • PCR test: 72h
  • Recovered persons: 6 months until after illness
  • Vaccinated persons: Proof of vaccination - 2nd stitch (max. 9 months).
    Presentation of documentation of a vaccination: vaccination card ("Impfpass") or vaccination certificate.
    ! Change for vaccinated persons from 15.8.2021:Exclusively fully immunized persons are considered vaccinated.
    Those who have received only 1 part vaccination of a 2-part vaccination must present a valid test.

The tests are valid for 24 hours.

The tests are not valid for return travel to countries with a "vaccinated, recovered or tested-proof" requirement!
These tests are valid for all officially approved acceptance procedures, for all entries, check-in at the accommodation as well as for the return journey to certain countries, e.g. Germany.
The supervision of these antigen tests incl. result protocol (after 20 min. on the cell phone or if required also printed out) is carried out by experienced personnel for the deductible.

PCR-test:
In order to complement the service of the general practitioners and, among other things, to give air passengers access to PCR tests even at weekends, such a test is also offered at the test station at Seefeld train station.
Results are sent by SMS (on the following day) - also available in English.
Costs: € 57
Test validity: 72 hours

At what age do children have to show a test result?
Children from the age of 12 are subject to mandatory testing.
Concerns entry, accommodation, catering establishments, recreational facilities (except outdoor) and events. School tests may be used as an entry test.

Border Crossings: Please note that vaccination and convalescent certificates or test validities are (still) subject to country-specific regulations.


Regulations for travelers returning home:
An overview regarding testing & quarantine obligations for travelers returning from Tyrol and thus practical assistance regarding the entry and return travel regulations of our core markets can be found in this list.

 

  •    Tyrol no longer considered a risk area.
  •     GERMANY: A return journey to Germany without any restrictions is possible. Travelers returning from Tyrol do not have to present an entry declaration or a 3-G proof (return journey by land). For air travelers, the 3-G proof requirement applies.
  •     SWITZERLAND: Entry into Switzerland from Tyrol by car is still possible without testing and quarantine. For air travelers who are not vaccinated or recovered, a negative PCR test is required. Furthermore, all travelers arriving by plane, bus or train must fill out an electronic entry form. Overview of the entry rules to Switzerland.
  •     ITALY: For return travel, the 3-G proof requirement applies and entry registration is required.
  •     Belgium: For return travel, entry registration is required. An online registration must be completed within 48 hours before entry; registration is confirmed by SMS using QR code.

Do guests need to showa test at the accommodation?
All guests must be tested, vaccinated or recovered before entering any accommodation, restaurant or (indoor) leisure facility.

Basically, for entry into Austria and for a stay in the hotel, a medical certificate or proof of a valid negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 issued in German or English must be available.

- Guests must present a valid negative test result, a vaccination certificate or a confirmation of having passed COVID-19 upon arrival (check in at the hotel) in addition to the usual registration - furthermore, testing will also be possible directly in Seefeld, at the doctor and pharmacy in Seefeld (pre-registration recommended).
- After arrival, the guest will have to make a controlled self-test every 2nd day, during the stay when using further services in the hotel.

The following rule applies in the restaurant and bar:

We are happy to serve you your choice of freshly brewed coffee and juices.
Help yourself to the extensive range of our breakfast buffet.

Afternoon snack 02:30 p.m. - 04:30 p.m
The afternoon snack is served in the restaurant, in buffet form. Choose between small sweet and savory delicacies.

Dinner: 06:30 p.m. - 09:30 p.m.
As a rule, we serve a 4-course menu for dinner. You are welcome to help yourself to our extensive salad buffet. For variety, we also prepare generous appetizers and/or dessert buffets for you on some days.  
Once a week we spoil our guests with a 5-course gala dinner with gala cocktail or weekly theme evenings with local and international specialties.
